This regulation sets strict requirements for materials, fastening systems and durability, and is designed to help prevent accidental access to the pool. Compliance with this standard provides an additional level of safety and reassurance when using your pool.
Control heat loss
Feel the cold? Good news! Your cover will help reduce heat loss. During the day, the sun warms the cover and the pool water through the transfer of heat from the sun’s rays. Covering your pool also helps maintain the temperature overnight.
The increase in water temperature will be even greater if your slatted cover has polycarbonate slats.
Some of our models are even fitted with solar panels, which are very economical and environmentally friendly.
